Security

Rebuilt with Go 1.27.3 to address CVE-2026-111943, which blocks certificate chains containing distrusted CA intermediates. This protects outgoing HTTPS connections, including CLI requests and server webhooks.

Upgrade Docker images and CLI binaries to receive the fix. No configuration changes are required.
