New features

• Custom expiration: Choose an expiration date and time for secrets, file uploads, and secret requests. Enable with --allow-custom-expiration and configure bounds using --min-expiration and --max-expiration (defaults: 1 minute to 90 days). Available without a business license.
• CLI duration support: Use custom durations such as 90d or 1d12h with --expiration when supported by the server.
• Keyboard shortcut: Encrypt text secrets with Ctrl+Enter or Cmd+Enter.
• Separate link and key sharing: Use --disable-one-click-link to hide combined links from result pages. The short link and decryption key remain available separately; existing combined links continue to work.
• Logo-only navigation: Use --hide-app-name to hide the application name while retaining the logo and browser tab title. Requires a valid business license.
• Fixed light theme: Use --no-theme-switcher to hide the theme switcher and always use the light theme, ignoring browser and saved dark-mode preferences.

Upgrade notes

Custom expiration is disabled by default, preserving the existing one-hour, one-day, and one-week choices. If enabled, adjust S3 lifecycle rules to accommodate --max-expiration.

Slow file uploads can extend availability beyond the selected deadline by approximately the transfer duration. The --file-transfer-timeout defaults to 5m.
